Let’s face it, at some stage we all get fed up with the constant daily decision of what to cook for dinner and invariably go for an easy, quick, fast-food option. We then regret it after eating a greasy, salty and or sugary food prepared by strangers who don’t care about our health or wellbeing.
It’s time to change all that and create a system that helps us get nutritious and delicious food that’s easy to make and leaves us felling satisfied and happy.
I am offering this meal planning system because I tried the meal boxes available on the market but felt like ti just wasn’t right. The quality of the produce delivered was ordinary, to say the least – think soggy lettuce by the end of the week and “homebrand” (aka bottom of the barrel) canned foods. There had to be a better way… if only I could purchase my own groceries to ensure high quality, in season produce? I am always trying to plan the week’s menu in advance, and when I do, the week goes so much more smoothly. But for some reason I just don’t do it, I so to make mys elf accountable – I’ve decided to offer it to all my clients and anyone who reads my social media – because I know I can’t let you down.
