The the transition to Menopause aka "Perimenopause" is a process that awakens women to their body's needs.

For Natural Medicine Week 2022, Mardi Brisbane, a naturopath, yoga instructor and energetic healer will be hosting a webinar series to addresses different aspects of perimenopause (the transition period to menopause).  Each webinar will discuss natural treatment options with explanations to help you understand the changes women go through on a physical, mental and spiritual level.  Choose one, two or all five of the webinars that most interest you.  Scroll down to check out the options.
