A Five Minute Exercise to Reset, Calm the Mind and De-stress

It seems these days there are many people talking about stress and how detrimental it is to our health, but does that make you feel better about the stress in your life or worse?

I feel like telling people their doing life “wrong” is not helpful. I’d rather offer up some solutions. That’s why I created this 5 minute meditation on how to bring your breathing rate back down and help your body move out of a stressed state.
