Lammas

If you haven’t quite got around to setting some goals or intentions for 2023, I want you to know that you are in fine company and that you are in sync with nature! This weekend – as part of your Lammas acknowledgement – is the ideal time for it. Today, February 1st, is the traditional day to celebrate Lammas (the harvesting of grain) in the Wheel of the Year celebration, but in 2023, the actual date of Lammas is Saturday, 4th February.

What does this mean in modern society and how can we use this date to reflect on our own life? Find some practical, easy things to do to enhance your life and connection with nature.
