Being out in nature just makes you feel good, but more than that, there is actually a growing body of evidence that proves beyond doubt that exposure to nature benefits your health.
In our modern urban environment, we are way less aware of our natural environment. We can sometimes go for days without getting up close and personal with nature. Recently researchers have started to test the value of exposure to nature even in minimal amounts – like through a gardening project or something similar. The results have shown that there are so many positives to our health. The benefits to our mental health and ability to cope with or overcome anxiety and depression are just one of the results. For me, I have always had an inner sense of knowing that nature is good for me. It is that gentle nudge, that 6th sense that has helped guide me along my path in life. When practicing energy healing it is through connecting with nature that I feel the strongest sense of connection with my clients. It is when I am connected with nature that Additionally, my intuitive senses are strongest when I spend time in natural environments. I believe we all have the ability to connect with our internal knowledge and it is through our connection with nature that we are most able to tap into this internal intuition.
